Azerbaijan, Baku, 25 April / corr. Trend J. Babayeva/ The Belgium-Azerbaijan House and Evro-Novosti newspaper has issued two types of stamps and put them in circulation in Brussels on occasion of 85th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev, the former President of Azerbaijan, Evro-Novosti said to Trend .
The post office of Belgium has approved these two stamps, one with the picture of Heydar Aliyev and with inscription 1923-2008 and the other one with the picture of Ilham Aliyev and with inscription 85 year.
These stamps will be used in letters sent to any country all over the world. The Belgium-Azerbaijan House issued such stamps also in 2004.
At the end of March, the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev decreed to mark 85th anniversary of former president on the government's level.
