"Students with Illegal Diplomas Not Accepted to Magistrates" – State Commission

Azerbaijan, Baku, 27 June / Trend  corr. J.Babayeva / About 700 students, who received higher education illegally, were not accepted to the magistrates. This was said to journalists by Maleyka Abbaszade, Chairman of the State Commission on Student Admission (SCSA).

The State Commissioned said that about 700 students, who submitted their documents to the magistrates, received their bachelor diplomas illegally. 

According to Abbaszade, only some of the students could collect over 50 points. "Theses students were allowed to participate in the contest, but their documents were rejected.  Most students collected fewer points. We cannot say whether these students to be allowed to participate in paid specialties admission contest, Abbaszade said. 

The Education Ministry has revealed facts of illegally transmitted students from abroad Universities to Azerbaijan. The Government has already informed about the students, who received their diplomas illegally.

The exams to the magistrates were held on 22 June. The results of the exams were announced on 23 June.
