Azerbaijan, Baku, 28 July / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva / The court trial will be held over murder of two girls in Davachi.
On 6 August 2007, the brothers Tavakkul Ismayilov and Elnur Ismayilov kidnapped Naila Majidova, 14, and Reyhana Majidova, 7, in the Gelelah village in Davachi region. The brothers killed and dropped the bodies into the Samur-Absheron channel. On 9 August, Naila's body was found in the Siyazan channel, but Reyhan's body has not been found yet.
On 28 July, the Grave Crime Court decided to continue the court trial in Davachi region.
Tavakkul and Elnur are accused of the Article 120.2.7 (calculated homicide), as well as 149 (rape) against Elnur. The Investigation Department in the Grave Crime Prosecutor Office in Azerbaijan held the investigation over the case.
The next court trial is scheduled for 11 August.
