Azerbaijan, Baku, 9 October / Trend corr.J.Babayeva /Azerbaijani Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry has published 400-staged 'Ilham Aliyev's successful ecological policy' book. The book is devoted to works directed to implement the ecological policy by President Ilham Aliyev in the spheres of ecology situation recovery and rational use of natural resources.
The book covers arrangements, which had been carried out by the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry of Azerbaijan from 2003 to 2008. The main steps were taken in the direction of to solve relevant ecological problems on the ground of continuing development principles, within the state programs; works to recover environment in regions with strained ecological situation; describes the ecological situation in Baku and Absheron Peninsula with an aim to implement 'Complex measures plan for 2006-2010 to improve the ecological situation in the Azerbaijani Republic".
At present, the book is being translated into the Russian and English languages and will be placed on Internet-website of the Ministry.
