Azerbaijani Football Club Offers $1.5mln Contract to Turkish Chief Coach
Azerbaijan, Baku, 17 November / Trend corr. R.Ergun/ The Azerbaijani Khazar-Lankaran football club offered to Ertogrul Saglam, one of famous Turkish coaches, to work as a chief coach, a source close to the club told Trend .
Mubariz Mansimov, the Honorary President of Khazar-Lankaran, invited Saglam to work as chief coach of the club after lost to Inter with 2:4 score.
Khazar-Lankaran's lost to Inter in the tenth round of the Azerbaijani Premier League aroused great discontent amongst the club's funs.
Turkish Rasim Kara is the chief coach of Khazar-Lankaran.
An answer of Saglam, former footballer and chief coach of famous Turkish Beshiktash club, concerning this offer is unknown.
Mansimov offered $1.5mln to Saglam for work as the chief coach of Khazar-Lankaran, the source close to the club said.
At present Saglam does not work with any clubs.
