Azerbaijani youth can study German parliamentary system

Azerbaijani youth can study the parliamentary system of Germany.

Bundestag together with the three universities in Berlin (Berlin University, Berlin Humboldt University and Berlin Technical University) announced a five-month Fellows Program (March 1 - July 31, 2010) as part of the international parliamentary scholarship (IPS).

This program enables young people from different countries to study the parliamentary system of Germany, theoretically and practically.

Under the conditions of the program, fellows must be a citizen of Azerbaijan, knowing the German language and having a university education. At the beginning of the program, the fellow must be less than 30 years, the Ministry of Education said on June 1.
  
The scholarship amounts to 450 euros per month. Fellows do not pay for the accommodation. Insurance and travel costs are included in the program.

Candidates wishing to participate in the program must submit documents to the German Embassy in Baku until June 30. For more information, please contact the Embassy or at the Web site www.bundestag.de / ips.
