Man selling huge amount of false curency in Azerbaijani prisons pleads guilty

The Azerbaijani Court of Serious Crimes launched a trial on criminal case of Ramiz Hajiyev, who was accused of sale of false currencies. Hajiyev was accused of the Article 204.3.2 (manufacture or sale of forged money) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Case.

The trial on a resident of Baku, who sold 100 manat false currency in the Azerbaijani prison was launched.

The Azerbaijani Court of Serious Crimes launched a trial on criminal case of Ramiz Hajiyev, who was accused of sale of false currencies. Hajiyev was accused of the Article 204.3.2 (manufacture or sale of forged money) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Case.

Under the accusations, the raids revealed a prisoner while he was selling forged money in denominations of 100 manat in the Azerbaijani prison. The Central Department Combating Organized Criminality of the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry held operational activities, as a result of which, Ramiz Hajiyev, a resident of Baku serving a sentence in the prison of point type of the Justice Ministry, was arrested while he was selling 995 units of 100 manat currencies ( 99, 500 forged manat) for 15,000 manat.

Accused Hajiyev pleaded himself guilty during the trial. Hajiyev admitted that manufactured and sold false currency.
