The Azerbaijani Supreme Court compiled judicial practice in cases of adoption.
The court's plenum, which will be held on Oct. 29, will discuss the draft resolution "On the experience of law courts in civil cases of adoption or repeal," the court told Trend on Oct. 26.
The plenum's session is expected to review a number of cases in connection with the newly discovered developments on the basis of decisions made by the European Court of Human Rights on Azerbaijan.
The criminal case of Mukhalifet newspaper's employees Rovshan Mahmudov and Yashar Aghazade, who were sentenced under Articles 147.1 and 148 of the Criminal Code, as well as the cassation appeal of the Azerbaijani Forum of Lawyers.
