The Azerbaijani Embassy in Hungary has a cooperation agreement for the 2009-2010 academic year with the Economics and Social Sciences Faculty at the Szent Istvan University in Godel.
The university will admit students and teachers from Azerbaijan on the basis of the agreement. In turn, the embassy will assist in signing agreements with educational institutions in Azerbaijan.
The university will also take part in the annual international conference "Hungary-Azerbaijan: Meeting of Cultures."
The embassy together with the university is organizing an exhibition dedicated to Azerbaijan in Godel in 2010. In his turn, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Hungary Hasan Hasanov will deliver a lecture to teachers and students in the second semester of the academic year. The parties will exchange materials and publications regarding the national and international cultural and scientific developments on a regular basis.
