Lithuania has offered Azerbaijan a system to finance student education using vouchers, Lithuanian Education and Science Minister Gintaras Steponavičius told journalists in Baku today.
According to Steponavičius, he presented Lithuania's experience in the field of educational reforms to his Azerbaijani colleagues.
Azerbaijan is on the threshold of fundamental and substantial changes to the educational system, and Lithuania is ready to provide all possible support in this matter, the minister said.
