A school director accused of corruption has been acquitted by the court's decision.
According to Trend , Baku Serious Crimes Court has acquitted boarding school director Malahat Samadova sentencing her to five years suspended imprisonment. The accused plead guilty partially.
She was charged with Article 179.3.2 (assignment or waste) and 313 (service forgery). Samadova misappropriated the funds envisaged for employees' salary.
25 victims on the criminal case have been revealed.
