The Azerbaijani Council of State Support to NGOs chairman will be trained in the United States.
"The Azerbaijani Council of State Support to NGOs chairman, MP Azay Guliyev will be trained at Harvard University, USA, from February 27 to March 8. He will be trained under the program" Strategic Management ", the Press Service of the Council told Trend on Thursday.
The Council was established under a decree signed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev dated December 13, 2007.
The curriculum includes themes of good governance, leadership, recruitment, negotiation skills, shared responsibility, strategy development and other activities. Students will be awarded with diplomas.
Education of Guliyev will be paid by the organization "Counterpart - İnternational" of the U.S. Agency for International Development.
