Azerbaijan sends a criminal case of organized group accused of committing contract murder to the court.
The criminal case of Shohrat Guliyev, Mehman Gahramanov, Elmar Gasimov, Ilham Shabanov and Anar Hasanov accused of contract killings during 2003-2004, was submitted to the judge Karamat Aliyev, Serious Crimes Court told Trend .
The criminal case has been submitted to the judge. Date of preparatory hearing is unknown yet.
In December 2003, Guliyev instructed members of the group to kill Ahmed Ibrahimov engaged in business in Baku, promising to pay for it 25,000 dollars. One of the members of the criminal group Anar Hasanov found Baku Ibrahimov's address, time and route of his return to home from work. Dec.18 2003, Hasanov killed Ahmed Ibrahimov with a Makarov-type pistol in front of the building.
Another victim of a criminal group was Kamal Alekberov, who was killed by Guliyev's order, March 22 2004.
