Azerbaijan has not satisfied an appeal of soldier accused of high treason.
Ganja Appeal Court of Ministry of Defence decided not to satisfy Junior Sergeant of the Defense Ministry military unit N. Anar Allahverdiyev's appeal, Trend reported.
Allahverdiyev is accused of transferring information about the military unit to the Armenian military servicemen in November-December, violating rules of the combat duty, abusing his office duties and powers.
He was sentenced to 14 years and six months imprisonment by Military Serious Crime Court.
