The Azerbaijani Education Ministry has submitted a 2010-2011 plan for university admissions to the Cabinet of Ministers and the Economic Development Ministry, Education Minister Misir Mardanov said.
"Admission terms have changed very little. Consistent changes will be made by examining the needs of the state in the next years," he said.
"The introduction of a new funding mechanism in the higher educational system is not concluded with closing of any higher educational institution. The main goal is to increase the quality and productivity of higher education," the minister told journalists.
