Israel to host conference of journalists and political scientists on topic ‘Regional conflicts and Media outlets’

Azerbaijan-Israel International Association (AzIz) with the support of the Israeli Foreign Ministry and the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora will hold an international conference of journalists and political scientists on the topic "Regional conflicts and Media outlets" May 5 in Israel, the Association told Trend.
The conference, to be held in Leonardo City Tower Hotel of Tel Aviv, will be attended by State Committee for Work with the Diaspora Nazim Ibrahimov, Deputy Chairman of Parliament of Georgia professor Paata Davitaia, Azerbaijani Milli Mejlis MP Evda Abramov, Knesset member and Minister of Tourism Stas Misezhnikov, Knesset member, Chairman of the Inter-parliamentary group "Israel-Azerbaijan", the head of the parliamentary subcommittee on foreign affairs Robert Ilatov, head of Nativ Liaison Bureau in the Israel Prime Minister's Office Naomi Ben-Ami, who will open the first meeting.
Within the conference with the participation of Nazim Ibrahimov, Knesset member, the general secretary of the party "Israel is Our Home" Faina Kirschenbaum and Hadera's mayor Chaim Avitan a ceremony of laying the Memorial stone in the city park in Hadera will be held May 6, which will be named after Azerbaijan's national leader Haydar Aliyev. Representatives of the community of Azerbaijanis by birth will arrive in Hadera from all corners of Israel in order to attend the ceremony.
Besides, group of Azerbaijan's popular artists will hold concert for community of Azerbaijanis by birth May 5 in the Kiryat Motzkin city.
