The Azerbaijani Justice Ministry has announced a competition to prepare a strategy to identify and ensure the legal information needs of a number of target groups, such as IDPs, women, poor families and small businesses.

The Azerbaijani Justice Ministry has announced a competition to prepare a strategy to identify and ensure the legal information needs of a number of target groups, such as IDPs, women, poor families and small businesses.

The winner will be tasked with providing the following services:

- Conducting a survey among a minimum of 50,000 citizens, preparing a strategy to identify and secure their legal information needs, reading reports prepared by international organizations, conducting a survey analysis and evaluation, and identifying legal education areas for the public.
The International Development Association has provided credit to the Azerbaijani government to finance the "Justice System Modernization" project.

A certain amount of credit is designated for preparing a strategy to identify and provide legal information to target groups such as IDPs, women, poor families and small businesses.

Interested companies should provide information demonstrating their competence in these areas.
