Azerbaijani Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources fined legal and physical entities in the amount of 217,860 with 82,592 manat already paid off during five months of 2010, Ministry told Trend .
Amount of fine for enviromental damage was 628,602 manat with 25,148 manat already paid off
During this period, the fines violation of ecological legislation on effective use of water resources during this period amounted to 60,440 manat, for atmospheric pollution - 21,480 manat.
Fines for protection of land resources made up 38,136 manat, for protection of flora - 1,821,811. Fines for protection of biological resources in river basins made up 35,820 manat and for protection of fauna - 30,680.
