Armenian, Azerbaijani, Moldovan and Georgian human rights activists will hold a round table in Tbilisi's hotel "Courtyard Marriott" July 9.
The topic of event is Strategic litigation. It is an instrument of human rights protection and promotion in the Eastern Partnership countries.
Special reports on strategic legal proceedings in the European Court will be made by representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the organization "Article 42 of the Constitution," Georgian Young Lawyers Association and the Center on Human Rights.
The initiator of the meeting is the Moldovan non-governmental organization Promoleks. The Georgian organization "Article 42 of the Constitution" is its partner.
