Azerbaijani MPs met with Azerbaijani youth in Norway, the State Committee for Work with the Diaspora said.
Chairman of the Norwegian Azerbaijanis Youth Organization Ramil Aliyev described the work to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
He said that Norway conducts important events and research projects to promote the history and culture of Azerbaijan, familiarize with the ever-increasing role of Azerbaijan in political and economic development of the region.
During the meeting deputy chairman of the Azerbaijani parliament Bahar Muradova and MP Azay Guliyev, Fazil Mustafa Fattah Heydarov, Rabiyyat Aslanova, Eldar Ibrahimov noted the positive role of the youth organization in filling the information vacuum in Europe, associated with Azerbaijan. Moreover, members of the delegation advised Azerbaijanis living abroad, to integrate into the society of the country where they live, have a certain authority and stand firm.
