The Azerbaijani Constitutional Court has received treatment on the comments of a number of laws.
The Supreme Court sent the request to the Constitutional Court of the commentary to article 178.8 of the Civil Code, the Constitutional Court told Trend.
Article 178.8 of the Civil Code states that a member of the housing, cottage, garage, or a cooperative, other individuals completely made their share of contribution for an apartment, cottage, garage or other structure, have the right to this property.
Yasamal district court asked for comment on the article 307.2.4 of the Civil Procedure Code.
This article deals with the establishment of marital relations in the cases prescribed by law, if registration of a marriage in the relevant bodies of executive power can not be performed due to the death of a spouse.
Local Economic Court No 1 applied to the Constitutional Court requesting comments to the fifth part of Article 21 of the Law on Social Insurance.
This part notes that for concealing of the number of employees (in the presence of employees without a contract, or employees with contracts of employment, but not listed in the report) in the branches and representative offices of enterprises, offices, organizations established by legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic or another country, legal entity, regardless of ownership, financial sanctions to the amount of 55 manat per month are applied.
The Constitutional Court is working on these requests and appeals.
