Azerbaijani public association members participate in youth forum

The German Intercultural Forum, together with the Georgian Agency for Peace and Development are conducting an exchange program on the theme "Creation of conflicts - the role of youth in conflict settlement" under the EU program "Youth in Action" in the Georgian town of Kobuleti between Sept. 1-10, Azerbaijani public association Ireli said.

The German Intercultural Forum, together with the Georgian Agency for Peace and Development are conducting an exchange program on the theme "Creation of conflicts - the role of youth in conflict settlement" under the EU program "Youth in Action" in the Georgian town of Kobuleti between Sept. 1-10, Azerbaijani public association Ireli said.

The program involves delegations from eight countries - Azerbaijan, Great Britain, Russia, Italy, Bulgaria, Georgia, Germany and Armenia.

The Azerbaijani delegation is represented by five activists from the public association Ireli, including Ireli board member Tinatin Veliyeva, Narmin Mammadova, Azer Abdullayev, Hakim Alasgarov and Fikret Gasimzadeh.

The delegation have paid a visit to a park in Tbilisi named after the Azerbaijani National Leader, the late Heydar Aliyev.

Two evenings dedicated to the national culture of the country are held within the context of the forum every day. During this time, the participants discuss such topics as conflict management, the typology of conflicts and their dynamics.
