Poland published a book "From the heritage of the Azerbaijani political emigration in Poland" by former Azerbaijani ambassador to this country Vilayat Guliyev in the Russian language, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Poland told Trend Oct.7.
The book was published in the Polish publishing house "Adam Marszalek". The book includes articles and speeches by M.E.Rasulzade, M.B. Mammadzade M.Mir Mehdiyev, I. Israfilbeyov and other political emigrants from Azerbaijan, whose activities were held in Poland in 1930s. Speeches and articles of Azerbaijani figures have been published in those years in local and emigrant press in Poland. In addition, the book reflects the extensive information and materials about Azerbaijan.
Guliyev has written in this book an extensive introduction. In addition, the author gave an extensive commentary about people, political processes, historical events described in the book. Information on the activities of the Azerbaijani expatriates allows getting an idea of these people's role in the political life of Azerbaijan. This 600-page book sheds light on the many unknown issues concerning the activities of Azerbaijan Democratic Republic's representatives and the Azerbaijani expatriates.
The book also includes photocopies of documents from the Polish archives and rare photos.
