The European Court will announce its decision in a property rights violation case in Azerbaijan in the near future.
According to a report circulated by the European Court, Zemfira Safarova appealed to the Court over the breach of the Protocol to the Convention No.1 ensuring the rights of property, the first paragraph of the sixth article of the Convention providing the right to fair trial and 13 article of the Convention providing effective and efficient means of protection.
The plaintiff appealed to the court over the fact that the court's decision on granting Safarova's complaint that entered into force had not yet been fulfilled.
