The Azerbaijani law enforcement bodies' officers prevented a transfer of mobile phone to prisoner inside a cake.
The Justice Ministry's Penitentiary Service's employees found two mobile phones Nokia-5310 while inspection of parcels brought by twenty- five years old prisoner Sanan Jabbarov's brother Samir Jabbarov, Penitentiary Service's Spokesman Mehman Sadigov told Trend.
Jabbarov was poisoned under the Articles 177.3.2 (theft with causing damage in large size) and 177.3.3 (theft by person, who have been sentenced two or more times for plunder or extortion) of the Criminal Code and sentenced to nine years of imprisonment. He serves imprisonment at the Prison No.1.
