Two people were killed and two others were injured, including a 10-year-old child, as a result of an armed attack in the Guria region. The armed attack took place in Khurtsidze's family in the Tkhinvali village of the Ozurgeti region, the Georgian Interior Ministry said.
An unknown individual attacked Khurtsidze's house and shot Khurtsidze, and then his father Tevdore, who came to help him.
The criminal also shot a 10-year-old child and his mother, who were taken to a hospital in Ozurgeti. Their health condition is satisfactory.
The criminal didn't take any money or valuables and hid.
The perpetrator is wanted by police. It is not excluded that the criminal committed the crime because of vengeance.
