A criminal, who was wanted in the Russian Federation, has been detained in Azerbaijan.
Rashad Khidirov was detained as a result of the operational search measures taken by the Main Department of Transportation Police staff. He was wanted by the Irkutsk Interior Department, the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry told Trend.
Khidirov was wanted on Article 111.1, which accounts for the willful infliction of injury, of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
