A book titled "Decisions of the European Court of Human Rights related to Refugee Issues" has been published.
The mentioned book was printed in 1000 copies with the financial support of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the Council of Europe
Ali Huseynov, who serves as the Chairman of the Azerbaijan Lawyers' Confederation and as the Chairman of Committee for the Legal Policy and Statehood, and Mr. Chingiz Askerov, Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the European Court of Human Rights, Head of the Section for Protection of Human Rights Section at the Department for Work with Law Enforcement Institutions of the President's Office of Azerbaijan were members of the Editors' Council while preparing this book, Press Service of Azerbaijan Lawyers' Confederation told Trend today.
The Head of Legal Department of the UNHCR office in Baku Ms. Leyla Nugmanova and the Assistant Protection Officer Bela Ismailova were advising the project team throughout all the stages of project implementation. Actual publication of the book and other related executive activities in the project were the responsibility of Dr. Nadir Adilov, Secretary General of Azerbaijan Lawyers' Confederation.
The book is intended for judges, judge candidates, prosecutors, lawyers and generally for legal community of Azerbaijan.
