Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov approved the provision about public vocational education institutions, Turkmen media reported.
Berdimuhammedov also approved the provision about primary, secondary and higher professional education institutions of Turkmenistan.
The provision about public educational and preschool institutions was approved in February.
At this stage, Turkmenistan launched a large-scale program to build new educational and cultural institutions equipped with the latest equipment. The industrial park will be built in Ashgabat in 2011. It is known that the draft was submitted by the Turkish company Polimex to the government last year.
