Raising the fees for education in Azerbaijani higher education institutions is not a problem of the State Student Admission Commission, Chairman of the State Commission Maleyka Abbaszade said at a press-conference.
She added that the information about the cost of education is received by the commission on the basis of the documents approved by the relevant bodies. The State Commission only publishes this information.
She said that raising the fees for education requires an increase in the quality of education.
"There is a special method of calculating the fees for education," she said. "I do not know how this method is used at Azerbaijani schools."
