The investigation completed on the case of involvement of a group of persons in the illegal action held in Baku on April 2 by so-called Public Chamber.
The investigation was completed over the cases of Sahib Kerimov, Babek Huseynov, Arif Alishli, Zulfugar Eyvazov, Elshan Hasanov and Elnur Israfilov, deputy prosecutor of Baku, the head of the investigation group Fazil Hasanaliyev told Trend.
After these persons and their lawyers become familiar with the investigation materials, the indictment will be sent for consideration by the court, said Hasanaliyev. According to the deputy prosecutor, investigation continues over the cases of other persons accused upon the criminal case.
A criminal case has been filed against them under Article 233 (organization of actions directed at violating the public order, as well as active participation in these actions) and Article 315 (use of force or resistance to police) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code on April 2.
