There are about 450,000 migrants in Azerbaijan, head of the State Migration Service Arzu Rahimov told media.
This figure includes people who married Azerbaijani citizens, as well as those who have close family ties,and students, Rahimov said.
"The legislation on migration is improved," he added. "Great attention is paid to thesettlement and management of all migration processes."
