The employees of the Ombudsman's Office visited the people detained on June 19 during an unsanctioned protest action.
It became known that five protesters were detained, the Ombudsman's Office told Trend.
Two of them complained that the police treated them roughly during the arrest.
Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova sent a letter to the Interior Minister. She asked to check the information received after visiting the detainees, to take actions and to report about the results.
