The flood in Iran's "West Azerbaijan" province left three deaths, while Iran's Relief & Rescue Organization noted damages of flood in Maku, Chaldoran, Paldasht Saturday night, Mehr News Agency reported quoting Head of Relief & Rescue Organization Mahmoud Mozaffar as saying.
"Last night huge flood hit 50 villages in Maku, Chaldoran,shout and Paldasht in West Azerbaijan province," he said.
The food ruined 40 village houses and two bridges, Iran's Relief & Rescue Organization sent 100 rescue workers alongside ambulances and a helicopter to regions, which were hit by flood.
The rescue workers saved 12 people; however, 3 villagers lost their lives in the flood.
