Baku to host international exhibition for environment

The Caspian: Technologies for the Environment (CTE) International Exhibition will take place in Azerbaijan on Nov. 2-4. The event will be held in Baku Expo Centre, with the support and active participation of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan.
The exhibition is organised by ITE Group plc (UK) and its partner in the Caucasus, Iteca Caspian.
"This exhibition is one of the largest in the Caspian and Caucasus regions. The aim of the exhibition and conference is to aid the implementation of the government's programme to ensure environmental security, and promote and introduce in Azerbaijan innovative environmental equipment and technologies that will help preserve natural resources and improve the public's quality of life," head of Press Service of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Irada Ibrahimova told Trend on Monday.
CTE International Exhibition will bring together 75 companies and institutions from 13 countries, including Azerbaijan, Israel, France, Turkey, Czech Republic, Germany, Latvia and other countries.
The exhibition will be attended by Azerbaijani NGOs operating in the field of environment.
