The prosecutor called for punishing the individuals accused of hooliganism against the U.S and British citizens.
The prosecutor spoke about the case of Adil Tagizade, Roman Hasanov, Vusal Gurbanov and Nazim Huseynov, accused of beating of the U.S. citizen Amanda Erickson and British citizen Silya Davis, the Yasamal district court told Trend on Wednesday.
The public prosecutor asked the court to sentence Adil Tagizade five years and six months and Roman Hasanov, Vusal Gurbanov and Nazim Huseynov - six years.
The Yasamal Police Department filed a criminal case on the fact under article 221.2.1 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons).
