A book of Russian scholar and historian, turkologist, author of historical novels about the great Turkish commander, conqueror Emir Teymur, Yunus Oguz "Emir Teymur - The path to the summit," was published in Moscow.
A presentation of the book will be held at Moscow Book House on March 12.
The historical novel tells about the rise to power of the great conqueror, the union of Turkish tribes and march to India.
Oguz describes Emir Teymur as a talented military leader, an experienced diplomat and statesman, acting for the unification of the Turkic world and the expansion of Turkic boundaries.
