The Heads of Delegations of the countries participating in the Eurovision Song Contest will have a meeting in Baku on March 19-20 to discuss preparations for Eurovision 2012, the contest's Core Team said Sunday.
The delegations of forty-two countries will be given detailed information about the venues and hotels related to the Eurovision Song Contest, Baku Crystal Hall and the main show, and other issues surrounding preparation process.
In addition, there will be a drawing ceremony among 42 countries within the framework of the two-day meeting. The draw will determine the sequence of performances for the countries competing in semi-finals on May 22 and 24, as well as for the six countries represented directly in the final on May 26.
