Ombudsman Office staff met with Oktay Gulaliyev, contained in the remand prison number 3of penitentiary service in Shuvelan, on behalf of the Human Rights Commissioner Elmira Suleymanova.
Gulaliyev did not express dissatisfaction with prison conditions and way he is treated by the staff, and said the head of the department has created all necessary conditions, press-service of the Ombudsman said on Tuesday.
He complained of the health and asked that the investigation, which is biased against him, was transferred from Sabirabad Police Department to another police department or to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
During the conversation the doctor of the detention center noted that Gulaliyev has no serious problems with health.
The necessary instructions were given to the head of department and to the doctor. In this regard, the Ombudsman sent an appeal to the Prosecutor General.
