Azerbaijani freestyle wrestler Khetag Gazyumov (96 kg) won a bronze medal in London Olympics.
In the decisive battle, he was to meet with Iranian Reza Yazdani, but the opponent refused to fight because of injury. Thus, Azerbaijan wins ten medals at London Olympics.
In the quarterfinals Gazyumov confronted the representative of Ukraine Valery Andriytsev. The first round went to the Azerbaijani wrestler, but the Ukrainian broke the course of the meeting, and won. Thus Gazyumov continued the fight for the bronze medal.
