An attempt of complete pistol clip import from Iran to Azerbaijan has been foiled, the State Border Service reported to Trend on Wednesday.
During examination of Iranian citizen Kazemi Mickeil Esrafil oglu in customs service, an object resembling pistol clip with six cartridges flashed on the monitor of X-Ray machine.
Kazemi denied the carrying of prohibited objects and stated that he has nothing but personal items in his luggage.
However, pistol clip with capacity of 8 cartridges was discovered during examination of Kazemi's suitcase between the carton and top cover of the suitcase. 6 cartridges suitable for use were found and confiscated in the pistol clip.
