Trees, cutted in Gezi park in Istanbul will be planted again, head of the Municipality Kadir Topbash said on Saturday evening, the newspaper Sabah reported.

According to him, the number of trees will again be increased to 600, instead of the current 563.

For a day in 48 Turkish cities were held more than 90 protest rallies in support of the demonstrators in the Gezi Park, Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkey Muammer Guler said on Saturday, Anadolu Agency reported.
