Baku, Azerbaijan, April 21
The death of thousands of Africans in the Mediterranean Sea, dreaming of Europe - is a common event for some European countries, paying so much 'attention' to the human rights, Deputy Head of Azerbaijan's Presidential Administration, the Chief of the Administration's Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov tweeted April 21.
The Mediterranean Sea has already turned into a huge cemetery, Mammadov tweeted, adding that it would be logical to call this sea as the sea of those who died by accident.
Another tragedy occurred in the Mediterranean Sea on April 19 night, RIA Novosti reported earlier. The immigrants from North Africa tried to sail to Italy by boat. There is the information about 28 survivors. The first distress signal was obtained at 23.30 (UTC/GMT +4 hours) April 18. The boat was 60 miles off the coast of Libya.
