The problems with air transportation of passengers from Baku to Nakhchivan and back will be completely eliminated at 15:00 (UTC/GMT +5 hours), the press service of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) told Trend August 20.
AZAL press service said the airline's Boeing-757 plane, which was to perform the flight on the Baku-Nakhchivan route, is currently undergoing a technical inspection in Nakhchivan.
The airline said this is related to technical malfunctions on the plane.
"An Airbus A-340 with capacity to carry 326 passengers will temporarily perform the Baku-Nakhchivan flight," said AZAL. "It will take on board the maximum number of passengers departing from Baku to Nakhchivan, and make a return flight with also maximum number of passengers on board."
