The Military Prosecutor's Office of the Gazakh district has filed a criminal case, the Azerbaijani defense ministry said Nov. 9.
The Military Prosecutor's Office investigates the death of 19-year-old Azerbaijani serviceman Mohammad Sirajli. He was called up for the military service by the Agdash branch of the State Service on Mobilization and Conscription in April 2015.
The ministry and the General Prosecutor's Office carry out joint activity to more accurately inform the public.
