Rauf Akhundov left the post of deputy chairman of the Management Board of Azerbaijan's Demirbank, where he worked since 2007, said the bank's message.
At present, the bank's board consists of four people: chairman Roman Amirjanov, first deputy chairman - Farid Abyshev, and deputies of chairman - Azer Humbatov and Orkhan Vahabov.
Demirbank is the first commercial bank of Azerbaijan. The bank began its activity in 1989.
Major international financial institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Netherlands Development Finance Company (FMO) are among the bank's shareholders.
