On the night of Nov. 14, young Azerbaijani gymnasts will leave for Bulgaria, where they will participate in the 25th FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Age Group Competitions 2017 in junior trampoline, tumbling and double-mini disciplines.
On Nov. 16-19, Mikhail Malkin, the winner of the FIG World Cup stages on the tumbling track, will perform in Sofia, while Adil Hajizada, Tofig Aliyev, Zeynab Gasimli and Seljan Mahsudova will make their debut at major tournaments.
Adil Huseynzade, head coach of the Azerbaijani tumbling team, said that special hopes are pinned on Malkin, who is in a good shape.
“Other participants of the competition should do their best as well,” he added.
