An explosion occurred in one of the plants in the Lokbatan settlement of the Garadagh District of Baku, Emergency Management Center of the Azerbaijani Emergencies Ministry told Trend Nov. 20.
The ministry reported that as a result of the explosion, one person was killed. Rescuers were sent to the scene.
