The ceremony of awarding prize winners in competitions in individual trampoline among men and women, double mini-trampoline among women and tumbling among men was held at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku on April 15.
In individual trampoline competitions among women, a gold and silver medal was won by representatives of Belarus Katerina Ershova and Anastasiya Stolyarova, respectively, while Greek gymnast Anastasia Papadmitriou won bronze medal.
In individual trampoline competitions among men, the first place also went to the representative of Belarus Ivan Litvinovich, gymnasts from Great Britain Cory Volks and Andrew Stamp won the silver and bronze medal, respectively.
In double mini-trampoline competitions, the top three winners were lined up as follows: Kirsty Way (Great Britain), Polina Troyanova (Russia) and Lina Sieberg (Sweden).
Mikhail Malkin became the champion in tumbling, the silver medal was grabbed by the Dermark’s Rasmus Steffensen, and Vadim Afanasyev from Russia became the third.
The medals were presented by the AGF Vice-President Altay Hasanov, the president of the European Gymnastics Federation (UEG) Farid Gaibov, the Vice-President of UEG Rudolf Hediger, the members of the UEG technical committee on trampoline Mariela Stoycheva, Patrick Siegfried, Babette Van Wetering and Irina Karavaeva, Member of the Executive Committee at UEG Erik Mogensen, head coach of the Azerbaijan trampoline team Vladimir Shulikin, member of the executive committee of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation Mariana Vasileva, manager of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation Mehman Aliyev and director of the National Gymnastics Arena Magsud Farzullayev.
