Baku City Main Police Department has disseminated information related to the rally of the Karabakh Committee created by the heads of a number of political parties and public associations.
A rally of the committee took place Sept. 29 at the stadium of the sports and fitness center in the Yasamal district of Baku.
The rally took place with the consent of the executive power of Baku.
Up to 2,000 members of the Karabakh Liberation Organization, Azerbaijan People’s Party, the Classic Popular Front Party, the Azerbaijan Hope Party, the Azerbaijan National Democrat Party, the Liberal Democratic Party of Azerbaijan (LDPA), the Citizen and Development Party, the Future Azerbaijan Party (FAP), the Civic Solidarity Party, the Musavat Party, the Azerbaijani Popular Front Party and a number of other non-governmental and youth organizations took part in the rally, which lasted from 15:00 to 17:00 (GMT +4).
There were no gross violations of public order and the law at the rally.
